CALGARY, Alberta | The prime minister Justin Trudeau attended the Stampede, Saturday afternoon, in Calgary, Alberta.
In the morning, he met with the city’s mayor, Naheed Nenshi, before participating in the lunch of the community association Marda Loop and the community center Parkdale in the company of the minister of Veterans affairs, Kent Hehr.

MESSRS. Trudeau and Hehr then visited the indian village at the calgary Stampede, and witnessed the traditional contest of rodeo in the Grandstand.

The canadian prime minister took advantage of his visit to Calgary to meet Justin Trudeau Adam Bilal, a young boy of 10 weeks named in his honor.

His parents, Afraa and Moe Bilal, are syrian refugees arrived in Calgary in February 2016.
