    Look at this article

The Federation of municipal police of Quebec is concerned about the legalization of marijuana in less than a year. She believes that the agents are not yet ready to enforce the law.

The president of the Russian Federation was, therefore, presented in public hearings in order to present his memory. He wondered how the police can know and determine that a person has indeed a maximum of plants in it.

He also wondered how the agents will be able to ensure that a person has not more than 30 g of cannabis in his possession. Is it that the police will need to have a balance in their equipment? It is that asks Robin Side.

    Not enough agents trained

There are also a lot of concern about the arrests of people whose faculties have been impaired by drugs.

According to Mr. Côté, the police are not yet ready, there are not enough who have been trained.

“There are 80 staff evaluators, it does not even account for one percent of police officers in Quebec who are trained to translate individuals to justice then they would have driven their vehicle while driving impaired by cannabis,” he said.

“It will be necessary that someone, somewhere, is going to invest in the education of police officers, in the training of police officers and equipment at the level of police services to be able to do our job,” added Mr. Côté.

    Sold where?

While Ontario has just to decide which place will be sold the cannabis, in Quebec, the debate continues.

The food retailers Association says that it is all designated with its 8,000 points of sale.

On the side of the canadian Union of the public service, we look rather for a new department at the Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ).

It should also be that this department is within the ministry of Health and social Services.

The Association of pharmacists-owners, she wishes to make the exclusive distribution of cannabis for therapeutic purposes, which is different from cannabis for recreational purposes.
