QUEBEC – the leader of The Parti québécois, Jean-François Lisée will be a challenge for the chief caquiste François Legault to reveal before the 1st of October, the day of the election, the content of the test values.

“If you don’t talk now [test values], but that you intend to talk about in the campaign, it is a thing. But when you look back at the creation of a values test and you can’t watches not what it would look like, then you sow the confusion,” said the leader of the Parti québécois, Thursday, during a press briefing.

“In the case of the test of the values, as you propose, is that you say nothing,” said Mr. Lisée, addressing François Legault.

The CAQ wants to submit the candidates to the immigration Quebec based on a new test of values in quebec. A failure in this examination would mean that the candidate would not be eligible for the certificate of selection of Québec, but the QCA refuses to speak of”expulsion”.

“I believe that the CAQ is very incompetent in the management of this proposal,” said Mr. Lisée.

The prime minister Philippe Couillard has also criticised the inability of François Legault, leader of the CAQ, to make public its test values.

“I do not understand that it is not able to present us this famous test now, it’s been months and months since he talks about it,” said Mr. Couillard during a press briefing at Hemmingford, in the Montérégie region.

“Is it that they have it and they don’t want to show it? Is it that they have it, but does the show ever? Is it that, in the background, they did not and this was not that serious, this story?” he questioned.

For its part, the CAQ provides that this test is not yet written. If the party of François Legault forms the next government in October, the Immigration department would be mandated to define the issues of this new test.
