MONT-SAINT-HILAIRE | The 55-year-old found dead Saturday in Mont-Saint-Hilaire is called Roland Duguay.

“He is known to police,” said the spokesman of the Sûreté du Québec, Ingrid Asselin, without giving more details.

The body of this man of Montreal was found around 19: 30, Saturday, in a wooded area located at the intersection of the paths Rouillard and Authier, at the foot of mont Saint-Hilaire, in the Montérégie region.

He bore visible marks of violence, and the police considers that he is a murder.

“We are waiting for the autopsy report, which will give us more information. The autopsy will reveal how he died and when he died,” added the spokesman of the Sûreté du Québec.
