More than 72 hours after the disappearance of the young Ariel Jeffrey Kouakou, the police have laid its hands on new images of the young captured Monday afternoon.

In the short video, you can see the 10-year old boy riding on the sidewalk. These new images were captured by a surveillance camera of a private home sector of Ahuntsic-Cartierville.

With the other video shared yesterday, this sequence could allow investigators to reconstruct the path taken by the young, whose parents are without news of them since.

The father holds out hope

Thursday in the early afternoon, Frederic Kouakou, the father of Ariel, moved to the command post erected on the outskirts of the rivière des Prairies.

Despite the passing of time, he retains the hope of seeing his son.

“I have great hope that my son is somewhere. He is with someone. I appeal to this person. I have no grudge against this person. I want her to understand that,” he said.

Mr. Kouakou remain convinced that Ariel was the victim of an abduction.
