The kitchen facilities of the restaurant Garden, to The South, Brossard, was so dirty that inspectors have handed over to its owners a notice of intention of closure of five days, there about a year, the time that they can décrasser.
During their visit to the asian restaurant on boulevard Taschereau in Brossard, in February 2017, they have been able to notice the state of insalubrity general, who reigned in the kitchens.
The restaurant owner has been sentenced to three fines in October last, which are added to two other received in 2017, for a total of $4000.
During the visit in February, sticky substances, mold and food residue covered sometimes tablets, sometimes the seals of the cold room of the kitchen of the restaurant.

However, the inspectors for the MAPAQ had already noticed the unsanitary premises on at least two occasions during previous visits in 2016.
During one of these visits, even the restaurant’s menu displayed in the kitchen was covered in a field of yellow sticky.
The owner of the restaurant has not been recalled by The Newspaper. It was therefore impossible to check if changes had been made to the safety of the building since.
