Philippe Couillard has corrected the shot after you suggested that the forecast of the tax burden is due to an overpayment of tax and tax.
“Why we can return the money in Quebec ? Because the economy is so much better than we thought, that we had more income,” explained the prime minister Wednesday at the entrance to the caucus présessionnel of the liberal Party in the national Assembly.
The day before, in front of the party activists at a rally in Quebec, he explained, rather to his flock that it is not necessary to submit the tax cuts as a “gift”, but rather “that we didn’t need all the money you have sent us to do the job”.
“This is what was due to citizens of Quebec who contributed to the effort, and they have the right to receive their share of this effort. It is like that that we have to talk about it”,-he said during the gathering of the associations of a liberal in the region of the Capitale-Nationale region.
This declaration is to respond several elected liberals, each of which had their explanation on the origin of the tax cuts. The minister of Wildlife, Luc Blanchette argued that he “has not heard this piece-there”, the statement of Mr. Couillard. He says that the tax cuts are made possible thanks to the “budgetary rigour” of the government, and the creation of employment.
The member of parliament for Orford, Pierre Reid had “no comment” on this issue. To the minister of the Environment Isabelle Melançon, the tax cuts are fruits that come from the “good management” of the liberal party. Robert Poëti, and Dominique Anglade argue that this is possible, thanks to the enhancement of the credit rating of Quebec, which has enabled the State to save $ 1 billion in interest costs.
Laurent Lessard sees an acceleration in household consumption and increased exports. “When it exceeds the forecast of the minister of Finance, this is called a surplus”, was launched by the minister of Agriculture.
In the morning, the CAQ has enabled social media to denounce the words of Philippe Couillard. “What about infantilisants of Philippe Couillard! Listen, he speaks to the citizens of Québec, as to children from 4 years old! It is the great condescension of a liberal’, has denounced the mna Nathalie Roy on social media.
