Personnel reserve of the armed forces of Ukraine exceeded 150 thousand people In the World : Vladim

Stepan Poltorak, Minister of defense of Ukraine said that the country’s armed forces comprise 255 000 inhabitants. The defense Minister also said that since last year, the army translated to a contract principle of recruitment.

In addition, Stepan Poltorak said that in the Donbass, in the area of hostilities, military personnel are recruited on contract. The number of volunteers is 110 000 people.

Poltorak added that the reserve of the armed forces of the state had been prepared one hundred and fifty men, with combat experience.

It is known that among the priority directions of state defense order in the near future will be providing the armed forces with such essential components as: missile and armored vehicles, antisnaypersky systems as well as unmanned aircraft systems, and air defense.
