Peterborough: cyclist beaten up by a driver who is unhappy

    PETERBOROUGH, Ontario – cases of road rage are more often shared on social networks, some witnessing of violence, which gives cold in the back.

    Talk to a cyclist, 74-year-old from Peterborough, Ontario, who has learned the hard way that one does not mess with some drivers. When he crossed the road a man driving a truck on steroids, on Tuesday morning, he had not expected to attack her by hitting her numerous hits.

    The scene was partially captured by the cell of a trader, reported Global News. At the very end, we can see that the cyclist is bleeding profusely, at the level of the head. The victim was taken to the hospital. The nature of his injuries has not been specified.

    According to a witness quoted by the channel, the cyclist and the driver were both turning left when their squabble broke out.

    Charges

    As for the driver, he was arrested Tuesday at his residence. David Fox, 65, is accused of assault, aggravated assault and armed. He was released on a promise to appear in court on 24 August.
