MANILA, Philippines | 26 people have died in landslides caused by tropical storm Kai-Tak on an island in the central Philippines, authorities said Sunday.
“There are a total of 26 people killed in landslides in four cities” of the island of Bilaran told AFP Sofronio Dacillo, provincial head of the department of disaster management. “We recovered the body,” he added, in the aftermath of the passage of the storm.
