The tragedy happened one morning in July 1997. Gianni Versace, then a famous designer, decides to leave his villa in Miami to go out and buy a few newspapers. Back to the Casa Casuarina, the tailor, up the steps, ready to turn the key in the lock, when suddenly he hears a noise. Andrew Cunanan, a man sought by the FBI at the time, pulls on him. His companion Antonio, alerted by the noise, comes. The relief defendants. The famous designer was transported to hospital Jackson Memorial. But too late, Gianni Versace is dead. The murderer of 27-year-old had already committed four murders in Minnesota in New Jersey. It will not give any explanation. Andrew Cunanan is shoot a ball in the mouth a week after.

A tragic story that the family of the famous designer have not forgotten. On social networks, his sister Donatella, expressed his immense sadness.
