Look at this article
Jacques Parizeau has already said : “I am not entering politics to work sixteen hours per day and to be the minister of Finance of a province. I am working to become Finance minister of a country. “
This is what we call keeping your eye on the goal, all the time. In the same vein, I didn’t become leader of the Bloc québécois to improve Canada, but to prepare for the independence of Quebec in Ottawa, where are exercised the powers that the Republic of Quebec will need to retrieve it. In this sense, the Bloc québécois, a separatist party, can never talk too much independence.
Does it mean that, in order to do this, we spend sixteen hours a day to say the word “independence” the greatest number of times possible ? No, of course not. Bring the work of the preparation of the independence of the incantations discarnate is absolutely ridiculous, even insulting, to those who work there.
The independence of Quebec is not a fuzzy, an empty concept. It is just the opposite : it is a necessity that is embodied and expressed in all aspects of the company. Defend the interests of Québec is not – and should not – at least for the Bloc québécois, be an action isolated to the interior of the beacons of the canadian regime. It is the role of the parties canadianists/federalists when they consider that it can be profitable to do so. I leave this illusion that will be always confronted with the claims of the canadian provinces. Charlottetown, it tells you something ?
This division has, therefore, no place to be, especially as article 1 of the Programme of the Bloc québécois, adopted in 2014, is very clearly expressed in section 1.1 : For the Bloc québécois, the independence is the only option to enable the québec nation to flourish fully. Not only the Bloc québécois is the defender of the option of independence in Ottawa, he is also the sponsor under the angle of the social, economic and cultural of Quebec. And 1.2 : […] the Bloc québécois is using every forum and every opportunity to demonstrate the need for the independence of Québec, and thus contribute to the strengthening of the independence movement.
Together, everywhere, all the time.
The question we must ask ourselves now : what is the best way to prepare the Republic of Quebec ? I will respond to those and to those who have such a deep desire, a need and a must to make this work he need to do it together. How ? Hundreds of you have offered me a wealth of ideas for the past few weeks and I thank you warmly for this support and enthusiasm obvious. Together, it means everywhere, all the time. In the same voice. Several have shared with me their desire to take and return their membership card to the Bloc québécois. Other, of their commitment on the field or in instances, or to increase their financial contribution. You are inspiring !
The independence of Quebec is a willingness to be resolutely modern, then use all the means that we offer our time to make our views known ! Social networks, blogs, comments in the newspapers, in the vox-pop, etc, we Take full responsibility for our option and essaimons, everywhere !
The more time passes, the more Canada to us is expensive ! The examples are unending : the scandal of Davie ; appetite oil of Canada ; the management of the offer and threatened all international treaties to which the province of Quebec did not have its word to say ; the tax havens and the taxation variable speed for Netflix of this world ; immigration and the fiasco of the file of the asylum-seekers, and the list goes on. I thus call for the gathering of all the freedom fighters !
It’s time to show Canada and the rest of the world that our resolve is clear and our determination to create the Republic of Quebec.
Join the Bloc and prepare together for our future and that of generations that follow us. It is time to be contagious !
