Rostov lawyer prosecuted for fraud

As it became known during the investigation, the lawyer was not going to fulfill his end of the bargain and ordered a million rubles for personal purposes.

Court of the Rostov region issued a lawyer’s sentence to 2.5 years of probation, but the defendant still has time to appeal this decision. In addition, according to the court, the defendant is deprived of a lawyer’s license for two years without the right of appeal.
