The road conditions could be the cause of a serious road accident in the early afternoon, Verchères, in Montérégie.
The head-on collision occurred a little before 13 h, on the route Marie-Victorin.
According to police, one of the drivers, an 18 year old man, was passed out to the emergency services arrive on the scene.
He would have suffered significant injury.
The other driver involved, a man aged about 35 years, was also transported to the hospital.
The road has been temporarily closed to traffic in the area.
