The road conditions are perilous could be the cause of a road accident that has injured three people, one of them critically, Wednesday in the late morning in Saint-Zénon, in Lanaudière region.

The collision involving a pickup truck and a car occurred a little before the hour of dinner, in the corner of the chemin Brassard and out of the way of the Swiss.

According to the authorities, a person would have sustained serious injuries, while two others were slightly injured.

The snow-covered roads and slippery could have played a role in this accident.

A section of the path Cuff – which is also the name of route 131 – has been temporarily closed to traffic in the area.
