    OTTAWA | The member in good standing of the Hells Angels in British Columbia, Larry Amero, was arrested in Ottawa last week and accused of plotting for the murder of two members of a rival gang, announced Friday that the Vancouver police.

    His accomplice, the hitman Dean Michael Wiwchar, for its part, has been accused of murder and conspiracy to murder. The two victims were killed in 2012, a few months interval. Another partner of the Amero, Rabih “Robby” Alkhalil, also faces several charges in connection with two murders.

    Amero will stand trial in British Columbia, said the Vancouver police. It has resorted to the help of the Ottawa police and the division of the Ontario provincial police in charge of investigating the bikers to stop the Hells Angel.

    Larry Amero and Rabih Alkhalil had already been arrested in Quebec in 2012, in the framework of the Operation more Talkative, which had helped dismantle an international network of drug trafficking. Amero, however, has been released into the wild last year, after his trial was aborted due to delays deemed unreasonable.
