The head of the press service of the interior Ministry of Russia on the Murmansk region Marina Shikhova notes that the administration of any public need to understand what is responsible for their publication. This is especially true of those who publish Nazi symbols and other extremist materials, for which criminal liability is provided.
The offender suggests that his account of law enforcement officers decided to “haimanot” or “the New year burning plan by extremists.”
