The investigation will withdraw from the case of Colonel Zakharchenko single episode of a bribe

The investigation intends to withdraw from the indictment of the case of Dmitry Zakharchenko, holding previously the post of Deputy head of management “T” of the interior Ministry, one episode of a bribe. We are talking about a bribe, reaching 3.5 million rubles, which tried to pass for a discount card.

According to the investigation, the apartment, decorated according to the documents Zakharchenko, was discovered a sum of money equal to 8 billion rubles, while the investigation is going to remove one of the items in the charge. It refers to illegal bribe which is designed in the form of a discount card at the restaurant “La Mare”.

The reason why this item needs to withdraw, there is no direct evidence in this case as the card issued to another person and legally irrelevant to the decoy.
