MONTREAL | The man in the twenties who had been stabbed in a park of Pointe-aux-Trembles in east Montreal, Friday evening, has died.

The young man, 22 years of age, had been attacked during a conflict with other people in the early evening in the parc Achille-Fortier, near the intersection of René-Lévesque street and 36th avenue.
He had been badly wounded, but his condition had stabilized late Friday evening a few hours after the event. However, he suffered complications during the end of the week after having lost a lot of blood and succumbed to his injuries.
The police Department of the City of Montreal have arrested a suspect in relation to this matter became the 12th murder to occur in Montreal since the beginning of the year. The suspect is 16 years old.
