Last July 11, Nadim Had Jattab had become completely hysterical in the court room of the palace of justice of Quebec at the time it became obvious that it was going to be convicted of three sexual assaults. The man was then lifted to hit the witness table with a Koran before you start screaming.

Two special constables to be present for the verdict, and then a third officer had to intervene during long minutes for the control. Finally, he had been accused of obstructing and assault on a peace officer.

Trying to be released a third time after the charges of sexual assault and then the assault on two journalists in February of last year, the 42-year-old has to witness his wife, who said he was confidence in him.

    “Nothing stops him”

After having heard both parties, judge Pierre Rousseau has made an unequivocal determination. Including a commentary on the importance of special constables in the halls of court, he insisted on the fact that the actions have been placed in a courthouse.

“He has no respect for the judicial system […] there is no cooperation on his part,” said the judge. The magistrate also pointed out the fact that the two people who are surety for his release were on the scene when it is disorganized.

“Sir, nothing would stop him,” concluded the judge, in confirming his decision to keep it in the shade. Had Jattab, who had regularly eyes closed during the hearing remained quite calm, despite the decision.

He will return to court this week, as his lawyer wishes to a speedy trial. As to his sentence for his three sexual assaults, he will be known in September.
