TORONTO | A new leader will be elected Saturday to lead the progressive conservative Party of Ontario for the provincial election of June next.
The name of the winner will be announced in the afternoon, in Markham, north of Toronto.
The members of the training policy had the choice between Christine Elliot, Doug Ford, Tanya Granic Allen and Caroline Mulroney.
Some 64 000 people have exercised their right to vote, more than double of the votes cast in the leadership race of 2009, has informed the party.
