A few weeks after unveiling the new generation of its iconic G-Class, Mercedes is now taking the amateur performance by the feelings with a new variant of AMG.

The Mercedes-AMG G 63 2019 will be the G-Class the fastest of all time, and nothing less. He is now able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 240 km/h For a vehicle this massive first thought was for driving off-road, it is simply mind-blowing!

By way of comparison, a Porsche 911 Carrera takes 4.6 seconds to reach 100 km/h. Yes, you read that correctly. The new G 63 accelerates faster than a Porsche 911.

In lieu of the V8 5.5-liter which inspired the previous generation, the G 63 now has a V8 twin-turbo 4.0-litre. Despite its small size, this new mechanism offers a significant gain in power for the G-Class with its 585 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. A new automatic transmission nine reports is also on the menu.

In addition to being more powerful, the Mercedes-AMG G 63 offers a fuel consumption more reasonable than before, with a rated combined city/highway 13.2 litres/100 km. But hey, when we have the budget to afford such a car, this is not the price of gasoline, which prevents us from sleeping.
