    At the auto Show of Detroit, a panel of automotive journalists has awarded the prestigious prize of the north american car of the year the Honda Accord.

    Completely renewed by 2018, the Agreement was a finalist alongside two other asian vehicles: the Kia Stinger and the Toyota Camry.

    Adopting a completely new design, the Accord is now available with a choice of two turbocharged engines to four cylinders. The first, of a cylinder capacity of 1.5 liter that develops 192 horsepower. An engine, the optional 2.0-liter offers a cavalry of 252 horses.

    No option six-cylinder engine is now available. Honda has also put an end to the production of a version with two doors of the Agreement.

    Note that the title of the north american car of the year is awarded to a vehicle sold on the north american territory, regardless of the origin of its brand. Last year, this is the Chevrolet Bolt, which had won the honors.

    The truck of the year is in Lincoln

    The same committee of journalists was also new Lincoln Navigator truck of the year 2018 in North America. The Navigator was a finalist alongside the Chevrolet Colorado zr2 tremolo and the Ford Expedition.

    In the category of the utility vehicle of the year, it is the Volvo XC60 which has been crowned the winner, ahead of the arrival of the Alfa Romeo Stelvio and the Honda Odyssey.
