The number of active users Telegram reached 200 million people. This was reported in the company blog,transfers the Internet-edition Rus.Media.

“In the last 30 days Telegram used 200 000 000 people. This is an insane amount by any standards. If Telegram were a country, it would be the sixth largest country in the world”, – stated in the message.

The company also stressed that such popularity of the messenger, they are required by the users.
