The Prosecutor spoke about the “terrible” lives Ulyukayev

Prosecutor Paul Filipchuk, speaking in Moscow’s Zamoskvoretsky court, called the way of life of the former head of the MAYOR Alexei Ulyukayev “terrible”. The Prosecutor said he believes the version of the defense that the speaker did not take a bribe, and only extorted her comical and inconsistent. Filipchuk said that in this case speech can go only about the reclassification of the violation, and not to dismiss the indictment. The Prosecutor added that the fault of the former head of economic Department has already been proved in judicial proceedings. The Prosecutor denies provocation from the head of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin.

The FSB carried out an action he called the respective powers of the security services. The indictment States that the initiator of money transfer in this case was made by the speaker and not the head of “Rosneft”.

Earlier it was reported that the prosecution asked for the former head of the MAYOR ten years in prison. In this case the defendant, according to the Prosecutor, it is necessary to deprive of all ranks and state awards.
