A man arrested last September for sexual offences is banned from selling his cottage.
The cottage in question is located in Lac-Beauport, and it is in this place that the offences have been committed. Moreover, it is a property that could be seized permanently by the State as unlawful.
Pierre Beaulieu, 58 years, may return to his cottage, but cannot sell it or change it.

Then, the investigators in connection with the analysis of the video and the statement of the victim have been able to clearly identify the chalet de Pierre Beaulieu in the sector of Lac-Beauport,” adds the latter.

Pierre Beaulieu will be back in court on 7 march at the palace of justice of Quebec.
