BROSSARD – AT the request of the FBI, the royal Canadian mounted police (RCMP) has been leading since Friday morning, a search in a residence of Brossard, in the framework of an operation targeting people suspected of plotting for the purpose of fraudulently obtaining trade secrets.
The police are landed in the morning at the inside of the modest house located on the avenue d’auteuil, in order to grasp different objects.
The RCMP showed up at this address at the request of the investigators of the FBI’s Los Angeles office.
No arrest was however expected, at least not in Quebec.
According to the authorities, the search in quebec is part of an investigation that began in the United States for people who have magouillé together for the purpose of stealing a technology or controlled information.
