Two inmates who had committed violent crimes escaped from a minimum security prison in Manitoba on Saturday, has announced that correctional Service Canada Sunday.

William Benjamin Hunter-Garrioch, who is serving a 9 years sentence for attempted murder and possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous, and Dale Jacob Gilchrist, in the shade for six years for armed robbery, took the key of the fields of the Stony Mountain institution, located about 25 km north of Winnipeg.
It is during the count of 21: 30, Saturday, that the staff has noticed that Hunter-Garrioch, the 21-year-old, and Gilchrist, 34-year-old were missing, said correctional Service Canada press release.
The prison officials then contacted the royal Canadian mounted police, who issued warrants of arrest against them.
