MONTREAL | Two men in their thirties were found at the hospital after coming to blows, in the night from Wednesday to Thursday, in a housing located on the 22nd avenue in the Saint-Michel in Montreal.
These are neighbors who have heard the rampage who have dialed 911 around 2 a.m. and upon arrival the officers noticed that two men were hurt, reported Jean-Pierre Brabant, spokesperson for the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).
The altercation took place inside an apartment of a residential building to the 22nd avenue near the boulevard Crémazie.
The man, 34-year-old would have been struck in the head by a blunt object (a hammer, according to our sources). He was transported to a hospital, but it does concern not for his life.
The other belligerent, a man of 37 years old, he suffered an injury by a knife to the head. He was transported to the hospital where he is in a stable state, but is not able to speak to the police.
The two men know and are known in the policing community.
A security perimeter was erected to keep the crime scene intact.
