Story of the heart
The young man, who had no history of judiciary, has been the innocent victim of a tragic mistake on the person occurred after a dispute.
“With all of the evidence that [the jury members] had, I don’t understand how they were able to make this decision,” said Behice Yanar in manifesting his will that the Crown will appeal.
According to the lawsuit, a conflict broke out between Marlon Henry, Rakesh Jankie and two other men in may 2013 about a story of heart, since the ex-girlfriend of one of the accused came out with one of the other two individuals.
Fehmi Sen was not present during this altercation. However, it has been found in the park the next day, with one of the men involved in the dispute with the accused.
A vehicle’s Lincoln Navigator is then passed in front of them. Fehmi Sen has been reached in the torso by a bullet and died shortly after at the hospital.

A few days later, Kshawn Rocque, 26 years old, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of accessory after the fact. He was sentenced to three and a half years in prison.
Disconsolate
The members of the family of Fehmi Sen are inconsolable since the death of the young man. They have spent the last five years waiting for a verdict that would help them to move forward.
“I want justice, nothing else. I do not want that other mothers cry like me, ” said the victim’s mother, Hanim Sen, when The Log had met last year.
Today, the family of the deceased feels that justice has not been rendered.
“If you tell me that justice exists, I would say that no, said yesterday Behice Yanar. I just saw today that it did not exist. “
