    WASAGA BEACH, Ontario – Two men died Saturday after their inflatable boat had capsized, near Wasaga Beach in Ontario.

    The accident occurred near the Nottawasaga river, where the waves can reach up to two meters.

    The two men, aged in their twenties, were spotted by witnesses in the process of struggling in the water after their boat had tipped over, explained the head of the local fire departments to CTV News.

    After having been recovered, the paramedics tried in vain to resuscitate them.

    According to the police, neither was wearing lifejackets when they were recovered. Alcohol would not be an issue. An investigation was opened to shed light on this accident.
