LONGUEUIL | Shortly before midnight, officers of the police Service of the urban Agglomeration of Longueuil (SPAL) have arrested two young men of 21 years and 24 years at the Longueuil metro station and they will be accused of public mischief and obstructing the work of police officers.
A first young man was arrested by detectives for an offence under a municipal by-law, and he refused to identify himself. Therefore, it has been brought to the police station of the SPAL installed at the terminus. During a search, marijuana was found on the suspect.
“Once inside the station, he started yelling the name of a comrade who was outside, and this last has smashed the glass of the front door to enter,” reported Jean-Pierre Voutsinos of the SPAL.
