The former quarter-back Warren Moon is being sued after allegations of sexual harassment.
The news was reported by the Washington Post, Wednesday.
The presumed victim Wendy Kaskell was the assistant of Moon in a business run by, Sports 1 Marketing.
Moon initially played in the Edmonton Eskimos in the canadian football League, winning five times the Grey Cup , from 1978 to 1982, before making the leap into the NFL. He has subsequently worn the colors of the Oilers of Houston, Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Seahawks, and the Chiefs of Kansas City.
