Zakharchenko never demanded bribes, but doing it subtly

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin has commented on the investigation into Colonel Dmitry Zakharchenko. Bastyrkin claims that the Colonel never asked for bribes. Instead, he has created such unbearable conditions for the entrepreneurs that the money was brought to him.
