American Horror Story season 8 will be the cross-over long-awaited and fantasized by fans.
That the seasons ofAmerican Horror Story take place more or less in the same universe since the beginning is not a novelty. Lana Winters (Sarah Paulson) in season 2, Asylum, first appeared in the season 6, Roanoke, va. The witch performed by Lady Gaga in Roanoke is the first Supreme, in connection with season 3, Coven. And in addition to a host of winks and names recognizable, the characters of Pepper, Queenie, sister Mary Eunice, Billie Dean Howard, Hans Gruper, or the detective Jack Colquitt appear even in several seasons.
The horror anthology created by Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy is, therefore, a great universe of magic, ghosts, killers, and twisted minds, destined to meet one way or another. And season 8 will enter the heart of the matter since the creator of Nip/Tuck, Glee, Feud and Poses has announced that the new season will be the crossover, as expected.
The witches Coven
The Coven/Murder House AHS crossover season won’t be happening next year…because it’s happening THIS YEAR. AHS #8 WITCHES RULE THIS SEPTEMBER
— Ryan Murphy (@MrRPMurphy) June 14, 2018
“The crossover between AHS Coven/Murder House will not happen next year… because as it happens THIS YEAR. AHS #8 The witches of mistresses this September”
Ryan Murphy announces, therefore, clear that the season 8 will mark the encounter clear and distinct between Murder House and Coven. Season 1, with Connie Britton, Dylan McDermott and Taissa Farmiga, was centered on a haunted house in Los Angeles. Season 3 takes place in New Orleans, a school dedicated to the witches, and directed by Jessica Lange.
If we still dream to see American Horror Story re-open the fantastic chapter Asylum, the idea of crossing two seasons, rather, very much appreciated will excite the fans. Especially with the last few seasons in the semi-shade.
Season 8 will see the return of Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson, Billy Eichner, Billy, Heavy, and Leslie Grossman. Joan Collins will also be in the casting.
