Stephen King has the mega potato at the moment and it is normal since the last two years are his years. And it is not yet ready to stop.

Inevitably, with the release of It last year and it will score huge at the box office, Stephen King is back in fashion and there are more projects that are devoted to his work, already out or still in preparation. While It : Part 2 is currently filming and it’s finally starting to seriously talk about the remake of Simetierre, one should not forget the series of Castle Rock, which will begin its broadcast in a few days on the platform Hulu.

Bill Skarsgard did not really need It

A series of the most mysterious, created by the King himself and J. J. Abrams, who is expected to pay in the meta at the outset, since it focuses on the legendary city created by the author, Castle Rock, so, in Maine, the crossroads of many of his works that co-exist in the episodes that we will be proposed. And actually, the little that we know, the series should be a real best-of of the intrigues of the King, where her biggest nightmares should meet to paste a huge scare to his audience.

Andre Holland, a bit dubious

In any case, the new trailer that just dropped clearly gives the tone, and this will not be one of the fun as we discover a Bill Skarsgård as a young prisoner found in the prison of Shawshank, without any explanation. The main character, played by Andre Holland, is called to Castle Rock to investigate him and uncover his identity, but the arrival of this mysterious prisoner seems to trigger disturbing events across the city, as if an evil force is awakened gradually.

In short, Stephen King pure juice, which should be no problem keep us in suspense all summer and meet as Sissy Spacek, Melanie Lynskey, Terry O Quinn and the great Scott Glenn. If with that Stephen King and J. J. Abrams did not manage to scare us, we don’t know how they can get there.
