After Asia, Netflix places its pawns in Africa thanks to its new series Queen Sono

After the zombies Korean Kingdom, and the animation of the Pacific Rim planned for the asian market, Netflix grabs one of the south Africa with Queen Sono.

The giant of the streaming has therefore decided to crown a new queen. The Crown traces back already to the route of the Queen Elizabeth II, now it is the turn of South Africa to be honoured. Queen Sono gives the starting signal of the productions Netflix in South Africa.

The series will be showrunné by Kagiso Lediga and will stage Pearl Thusi (found in Quantico) in young spies hyper-trained.

The heroine of Queen Sono has recently been compared to the female characters of House of Cards and Jessica Jones by Erik Barmack, vice-president of Netflix). The interpreter Pearl Thusi has expressed in the columns of the Hollywood Reporter :
