Of Game of Thrones to Nightflyers, George R. R. Martin has his signature, the suspense, the blood and of the spectacular. Nightflyers unveils its release date on Netflix in France.

His name is on everyone’s lips since 2011. Game of Thrones will be given to its creator George R. R. Martin’s a global celebrity. And, while many are also impatient as nostalgic in the idea of the distribution of the last season in April of next year, Netflix will console them.

The giant of the streaming has just unveiled the trailer main of the next series signed by George R. R. Martin. This is far from the dragons and the walkers white of Game of Thrones. Marriage unlikely between Alien, the eighth passenger and Psychosis, Nightflyers is a psychological thriller following nine scientists aboard a space ship.

They are off into space to investigate an extraterrestrial legendary, nomadic and highly civilized, who holds the knowledge necessary to save humanity from imminent destruction. But as their ship sinks in the deafening silence of space, events of increasingly strange threaten their success.

Between images of madness and tension unbearable

As for Game of Thrones, Nightflyers is also an adaptation of a novel of the same name by the author. Published for the first time in 1980, it has already been adapted to the screen, since the film Nightflyers Robert Collector has pierced the fabric of the cinemas in 1987. For the series, Jeff Buhler as showrunner shoulder George R. R. Martin in his role of executive producer.

If the first trailers lingered on the side sangant and catastrophic history, the latter puts much more emphasis on its part psychological and claustrophobique. But the best may still be the word of the end. After its broadcast on Syfy in the end of the year 2018, Nightflyers will be available on Netflix from 1 February.
