Grey’s Anatomy Season 13: Episode 7, a new Memorial Sloan in Grey, our criticism
A few hours after the broadcast of episode 7 of season 13 Grey’s Anatomy, discover our criticism.
After a few weeks a little soft, medical Shonda Rhimes show offered us one of his best episodes this season. Yes the meltynautes, episode 7 of season 13 Grey’s Anatomy redistributes the cards this season and it truly is a good thing. Last week, Catherine Bailey and took the decision to hire a consultant to fix what was wrong in the surgery program and this week we finally discovered this new character. This is Dr. Eliza Minnick, played by the sublime Marika Dominczyk. Far from the idea of the villain consultant that may be, the new protagonist is still determined to bring many changes within the Grey Sloan Memorial . And that obviously goes through how to teach.
This is not the first time that the series addresses the topic of reconstruction and evaluation. In the past, the show has already introduced this kind of character that comes upset methods of our surgeons. But it works every time. Here, there is a young woman, energetic and determined. This will dust off the mechanism in which Grey’s Anatomy has settled for too long . Perhaps we shall have the opportunity to see new duets form. Stephanie Meredith or DeLuca with Riggs? In any case, one thing is certain: Webber is very bad experience the following events. Finally, the character finds himself in the heart of the intrigue. We will not hide it: it was no longer necessary for a number of seasons. The very idea of seeing Bailey and Webber in conflict treats us, anyway.
Meanwhile, the comic aspect of the episode lay in the use of Tinder by April. It was quite fun to see the young woman trying to get back on track in terms of relationship. Arizona has made us a laugh early in the episode when she heard the sound of the phone. A true connoisseur! Moreover, it may well Eliza Minnick is the new love interest of the pretty blonde. They also would form a beautiful couple and as usual, Jessica Capshaw excels in the register of seduction and kindness. Arizona remains one of the most interesting characters to follow in the series and it’s always a pleasure to see on screen . Note the virtual absence of Jo episode (Hallelujah!) And some of Meredith’s airtime.
It is a pity: for three episodes, the heroine of the series seems subscribes to absent. While the early season emphasized the romance Meredith / Nathan, the two characters have almost disappeared from radar . It seems that next week, Dr. Grey back at the heart of storylines. Finally, there is water in the gas between Amelia and Owen. They go well together, certainly, but the prospect of seeing them fight again and again is particularly tiring. Fortunately, something good comes out of it: friendship Amelia / Alex who creates and works great. See you next week for episode 8 of season 13 of Grey’s Anatomy on ABC . What did you think of “Why Try to Change Me Now?”
