This time, a new aneurysm threatens the life of this woman and it will be then to the other Doctor Shepherd, Amelia, to make sure that she will survive. How will Amelia manage to remain in the shadow of her brother? Notwithstanding that although she is already a patient with rapidly deteriorating cancer, Meredith will continue to monitor the progress of treatment for her very first patient. Meanwhile, Alex will give important advice to April, while Amelia and Owen will make a fresh start. Finally, a dirty time for our poor Andrew who will suffer the attacks of Richard Webber after he discovered that he was going out with his daughter, Maggie.
