13 Reasons Why is officially renewed for a season 2!

Good news, the 13 Reasons Why series has just been renewed for a season 2 by Netflix!
This is the news that all fans – or almost – of 13 Reasons Why were waiting: Netflix has officially renewed the series for a second season . It’s via his twitter account with a short teaser video that Netflix has announced the great news. The high school students of Liberty High will therefore reap for 13 new episodes scheduled to arrive early 2018 on the platform of SVOD. Brian Yorkey will always be the showrunner. This news only confirms what has been expected for a few weeks now. Indeed, several clues suggested that 13 Reasons Why would be back for a season 2 , including the fact that Ross Butler would not be in season 2 of Riverdale .
13 Reasons Why , adapted from the eponymous novel by Jay Asher, tells the story of why a teenager, Hannah Baker, ended her life. The first season of the series proposed a very original concept, since we were following what happened to Hannah through Clay and the tapes she left. One wonders if season 2 will also benefit from a particular concept to tell the intrigues, or if the storytelling will become more traditional. Many questions remained unresolved at the end of season 1 of 13 Reasons Why and we really hope to have answers in season 2. This second chapter will be hugely awaited and we trust the whole team of the series for us Offering an equally poignant sequel .
