Jonathan Rhys Meyers has some confessions to make on his new role in the series : “I have never seen an episode of Vikings ,” he admitted. “But I know Michael Hirst because I made The Tudors with him, and I knew the team. It was interesting for me to play in the series because I was able to shoot in three languages: English, Anglo Saxon and Latin, and I have a lot of fights, it was fun, in itself ! “Bishop Heahmund is in this show for a very special reason: Without him the series could not move forward as It must ” .
