Game of Thrones is nearing its end and its producers must quickly find a successor. With Confederate, HBO might have found a candidate of choice.

With the end of their series to the success of the intergalactic approach, we imagine that the show runners D. B. Weiss and David Benioff have a lot of bread on the board. But this is not to say that they let themselves go as they get the green light from the american cable channel to begin a new series.

Yes so as the series does not yet exist, it has no photos

This last is called Confederate, its principle is damn enticing, and knowing the meaning of the measurement of HBO, his ambitions are somewhat delusional. Here is the synopsis, as published by our confreres of Variety.

“Confederate chronicle the events leading up to the Third American Civil War. The series unfolds in a chronology alternative, where the States of the South have triumphed over the Union during the War of Secession, causing the advent of a nation where slavery remained legal and became a modern institution. The story follows several characters from both sides of the demilitarized zone of the Mason-Dixon, freedom fighters, hunters, slaves, politicians, abolitionists, journalists, and executives of a conglomerate slavery, as well as their families. “

So, you have been tracked down very very very beautiful paintings

Although the American Civil War is a topic that is less obviously international than might at first appear Game of Thrones today, let us not forget that to produce a story of fantasy to a mass-market success seemed to kamikaze, there are still eight years old.

Similarly, if the War of Secession and its dystopia are not the first fantasy narrative of spectators from around the world, issues relating to racial tensions can reach the public almost everywhere in the world.

For once, here’s a project that has what to do kindly phantasm fans re-readings of historical, especially when we know the CVS of its authors.

SO, WE GO YOU PUT ONE FOR THE ROAD
