The court has just given reason to the owner of a McLaren that has been the victim of a craving of a donkey.

On September 15, 2016, Markus Zahn parks his car, a McLaren Spider, in a parking lot near a barn in Germany.

During his absence, a donkey, named Vitus, has taken a bite out of the car. The police has advanced the thesis that the donkey would have confused the McLaren orange color, with a carrot giant.

Noting the damage on his car of prestige, Markus Zahn has sued the owner of the donkey. The latter has been forced to pay the equivalent of 8500$ CAN to repair the damage.

For its part, the team’s owner defended himself by stating that Markus Zahn would not have had to park his car close to the animals in order to minimize the risk of damage to your jewelry.
