While Toyota is poised to begin selling the Mirai in Quebec, this model of hydrogen-driven vehicle has just reached the 3,000 plateau sales in California.
By mixing the hydrogen with the oxygen contained in the air, the Mirai can travel in zero-emission product, a bit like an electric car. Except that unlike an electric car, fill up with hydrogen takes only a few minutes and the battery life is in excess of 500 kilometers with a single tank.

The Toyota Mirai represents désormaisplus 80% of all hydrogen vehicles in circulation in the United States. In addition to this model, Hyundai also offers a version with hydrogen in the Tucson, while Honda has recently unveiled the Clarity to hydrogen. These two models, however, are not available in Quebec.
