On the day after Christmas, Elon Musk has published a message that has not gone unnoticed on his Twitter account.

It was in fact a response to the Vancouver Seed Bank, which highlighted the need for a pickup truck electrical. The CEO of Tesla was quick to answer him that he promised to design a pick-up immediately after the Model Y. This exchange took place after Elon Musk had asked internet users for suggestions to improve the company and its products.

Wanted again to send a note of deep gratitude to Tesla owners WW for taking a chance on a new company that all the experts said would fail.

So much blood, sweat & tears from the Tesla team went into creating cars that you’d truly love. I hope you do.

    How can we improve further?

The Model There is not an official name. However, it is in this way that all identify the next SUVS from the brand Tesla. Based on the platform of the Model 3, it will be more compact than the Model X. This vehicle has not been released yet, but we are looking forward to.

I promise that we will make a pickup truck right after Model Y. Have had the core design/engineering elements in my mind for almost 5 years. Am dying to build it.

In that other message posted on Twitter, we could perceive the enthusiasm for Elon Musk for this future pickup truck. In fact, he wrote that he had in mind the great lines of this vehicle for almost five years already.

Following another question from a visitor, he said that this van would be of a similar size to that of the Ford F-150, stating that it could also be larger. In short, there seems to be still far from the realization of the project.

Similar total size. Maybe slightly bigger to account for a really gamechanging (I think) feature I’d like to add.
