Honor France had fun comparing the Honor 8 Pro to the Galaxy S8. The Chinese smartphone stands out from its South Korean rival on several points.
On April 5, Honor France organized an event in Paris to announce the Honor 8 Pro, already officialized in China under the name of Honor V9. We have discovered a high-performing product at all levels that hundreds of thousands of users are likely to tear. With a value of 549 euros, the new high-end smartphone seems pruned to compete with its biggest competitors in the market … Including the Galaxy S8, which the Chinese manufacturer has not hesitated to compose. On his Twitter account, Honor France has confronted the features of Honor 8 Pro with those of the Galaxy S8. However cheaper, Honor’s flagship stands out on several aspects.

The Chinese smartphone that is the subject of an offer at FreeMobile would initially be more powerful in the field of power, with 4 cores running at 2.4 GHz and 4 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz, against 2.3 GHz and 1.7 GHz for its South Korean rival. The same goes for the RAM, with 6 GB of RAM against 4 GB. The Honor 8 Pro would also benefit from a better battery life of 4000 mAh against 3000 mAh, and a better quality of picture, with a dual sensor 12 Megapixels against a single sensor for the Galaxy S8 . Finally, it stands out for its price, since it is worth 260 euros less than its competitor. If these differences have the merit of existing, they must also be considered in an overall use of devices (apart from the price of course). Anyway, it must be admitted that it is well played on behalf of Honor. Rather Honor 8 Pro or Galaxy S8?
