Star Wars The Last Jedi: The Capture Phasma is going to serve something?

The actress of the character and the director of Star Wars: The Last Jedi have worked a lot on Phasma.

It was one of the biggest disappointments of Star Wars 7. The character we had been hyped for months had finally a minor role and even made himself ridiculed by Finn. But things are likely to change in the next film, as the actress Gwendoline Christie explained in an interview. “Rian and I had long conversations about who was. And I was very pleased with his willingness to listen to my ideas and really happy to exchange and hear his own. He’s really a master writer and director, and I think we’ve seen him in his films, but we’ll see him especially in the depths he’s gone through for The Last Jedi. ”

With a bit of luck, we’ll get a bit of backstory for the character, and we should have a bit more affect for her than in the first movie. But above all, it is hoped that it will give rise to a somewhat more dangerous feeling of danger and that its presence should suffice to let us know that things can go wrong for our heroes. This is the real challenge that Christie and Johnson have to face around the character, especially if Disney plans to make it an important element, as seems to indicate that Phasma has his own comic book at Marvel very soon.
