    ANAHEIM, California – This is a canadian actor, Mena Massoud, who plays the role of Aladdin in the eponymous film by shooting real (live-action) Disney, whose release date has not however been unveiled.

    The announcement was made Saturday in Anaheim, California, which is held at the end of the week the conference D23, a biennial gathering of fans of the work of Disney.

    Mena Massoud, a graduate in theatre from Ryerson University in Toronto, will be working on this film alongside Naomi Scott, who played the character of princess Jasmine as well as Will Smith, who will play the Genius.

    Mena Massoud was born in Egypt and grew up in Markham, Ontario.

    It has been reported that more than 2000 hearings have been passed to find the right candidates for the roles of Aladdin and Jasmine in this adaptation of the animated film “Aladdin” was released in 1992, has reported “E!
