Whether they like it or not The Big Bang Theory, there is no denying his impact on modern popular culture. For 12 seasons, the nerds have mobilized millions of viewers to each episode and the end of the series the risk of leaving a large void in a lot of people.

And yet, it must be that this happens one day, The Big Bang Theory will be aware of its final end at the end of season 12 , which begins in the United States next September 24 on the channel CBS. A conclusion that the creator of the series, Chuck Lorre, promises epic even if this announcement has surprised the whole world when it has been disclosed in the day before yesterday.

And it is true that one may wonder why such a decision so that, even if the series has clearly decreased in quality since a few years, the public responded always massively present at the appeal. As much as it has been said very quickly that everyone wanted to continue for a few more years before the team decides on a common agreement to stop the charges. If so is it past for such a shift to occur ?

In a new article on the matter, Entertainment Weekly just may be to reveal the real reason for this sudden stop. And this decision would, in fact, Jim Parsons, aka Sheldon Cooper, the central character of the series. If one believes the article, the chain of CBS was more than willing to continue, just as a good part of the team, for at least two seasons. Also, the chain had made an offer mind-blowing at Parsons offering him no less a fee of $ 50 million if he would re-enlist for a minimum of two years.

Ossd’t ossd !

Has the general surprise, Jim Parsons refused this offer very tempting, explaining that he had made the round of the series and the character, and that he wanted to now move on to new projects. And like without Sheldon there is no Big Bang Theory, all the rest of the team and the channel have had to align themselves with its decision, thus precipitating the end of the series.

One can only welcome the decision of the actor who has not agreed to capitalize on ad nauseum about a series of breath in exchange of a large fortune and nothing that this evidence of candor and intellectual honesty should help the fans the most hardcore of the show to consider the end of the program with a little more sweetness.

Go, at worst you will always be the rediffs loop on NRJ 12
